Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable products are final. This includes digital planners, templates, PNG files, eBooks, AI prompt bundles, and other digital downloads.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been purchased or downloaded.

Digital Product Exceptions

We are happy to assist if:

• You received the wrong file.
• Your download is corrupted.
• A technical issue prevents access to your purchase.
• A duplicate purchase occurred.

If one of these situations applies, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Physical Products

If physical products are offered through Dayou Digital Hub, return eligibility may vary by product. Items generally must be unused and in their original condition.

Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us before returning any physical product so we can provide instructions and determine eligibility.
